• Information you send us. If you email us, request a quote, or submit a form on this site (for example, to receive your free assessment results), we receive what you provide — typically your name and email address.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Netlify) logs standard technical information such as IP address and pages requested to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

• To deliver the products and services you purchase, including access links and receipts.
• To respond to your questions and quote requests.
• If you opt in, to send you study resources, product updates, and recertification reminders. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run this business (payment processing, hosting, and email delivery) or where required by law.

Data retention and your choices

We keep purchase records as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete information not required for legal recordkeeping, by emailing info@foresight-federal.com.
