What you're buying
Our products are self-paced digital study materials — guides, practice tests, and reference tools — delivered online. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own study. For team or agency use, purchase one seat per learner or contact us for group licensing.
What we don't promise
Our materials are preparatory. Passing OPM's Delegated Examining Certification Assessment depends on your own knowledge and performance, and no preparation product can guarantee a passing result. Foresight Federal is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. DE Certification is conferred solely by OPM through its proctored assessment.
Accuracy
The materials reflect the Delegated Examining Operations Handbook and related authorities as of the date they were written, reviewed by a currently DE-certified practitioner. Federal policy changes; where our materials and current OPM guidance differ, current OPM guidance controls.
Intellectual property
All materials are the property of Foresight Federal, LLC. You may print and save copies for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, or reproduce the materials for others without written permission.
Access
Access is delivered immediately upon payment via an access link. Keep your purchase confirmation. If you lose access, email info@foresight-federal.com from your purchase email and we'll restore it.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foresight Federal's total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or benefits advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
